With the focus remaining on the reduction of resistance and excitement towards the execution of a sound plan taking them towards the vision well communicated, the roadmap had interventions designed with considerations of the stage of transformation, learners’ needs at different touchpoints, availability of tech stack, and desired business outcomes.
The focus was on the reduction of resistance to change, maximization of retention from learning, and creation of a learning culture in the organization. From the early stages of implementation, the model proposed engagement of employees through discussions and recommendations to create a sense of belongingness, responsibility, accountability, and acceptance.
